{"id":376,"date":"2025-07-27T09:57:33","date_gmt":"2025-07-27T07:57:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brouwersfrederic.be\/?p=376"},"modified":"2025-07-27T09:57:33","modified_gmt":"2025-07-27T07:57:33","slug":"projet-demontage-de-lignes-de-profilage-industrielles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brouwersfrederic.be\/index.php\/2025\/07\/27\/projet-demontage-de-lignes-de-profilage-industrielles\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet : D\u00e9montage de lignes de profilage industrielles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dans le cadre d&rsquo;une collaboration avec <strong>BKE-MACHINES<\/strong>, j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un projet pour l\u2019un de leurs clients visant \u00e0 relocaliser et moderniser une installation industrielle.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objectif :<\/strong><br>Le d\u00e9montage de <strong>trois lignes compl\u00e8tes de profilage<\/strong>, en vue de leur transfert sur un autre site et d\u2019un futur <strong>revamping<\/strong> (modernisation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 :<\/strong><br>Je me suis occup\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble de la partie <strong>\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et automatisme<\/strong>, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>le rep\u00e9rage des composants \u00e9lectriques et d\u2019automatisme,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le d\u00e9montage m\u00e9thodique des armoires et \u00e9quipements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la pr\u00e9paration du mat\u00e9riel pour un remontage et une remise en service ult\u00e9rieure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e efficacement, en bonne coordination avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe de BKE-MACHINES.
